Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the Seller, addressed as follows: MSG SRL Soc. Agr., C/da Bruscate Grande 20, 87011 Cassano all’Ionio (CS), VAT number 03423340789, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by email to ordinimsg@risomagisa.it, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
The buyer must send, using a carrier of his own choice and at his own expense, within 14 working days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, the purchased products, complete with all possible accessories, appropriately packaged in their original packaging, or in equivalent as long as they are suitable for shipping by courier.
The user must return the products exclusively to our warehouse with the following indication:

In case of correct exercise of the right of withdrawal referred to in this article and provided that the product is returned perfectly intact, the Seller will refund the sums already paid by the consumer within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The aforementioned refund will be made by bank transfer to the Buyer. It will be the Buyer’s responsibility to communicate to the Seller the bank details to make the transfer in his favor and to ensure that the Seller is able to return the sum due. In the event that the payment was made by credit card, the aforementioned refund will be made within the terms indicated directly by crediting the sum due to the credit card used by the Buyer for the payment.
Further return cases
If the Buyer ascertains, within 14 working days, that the product received has arrived defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, the Buyer may report it, always within the aforementioned deadline, to the Seller by sending a communication to the address ordinimsg@ risomagisa.it. The Buyer will be provided with a Return Form and a Return Code (RMA).
The Seller, having carried out the appropriate checks, will invite the Buyer to return the product within the following 7 working days, together with the completed Return Form complete with the Return Code provided to him, by sending it or delivering it to:

Il prodotto dovrà essere riconsegnato o comunque fatto pervenire al Venditore integro (senza segni di usura, abrasioni, scalfitture, graffi, deformazioni, ecc.) e comunque nelle condizioni in cui è pervenuto all’Acquirente. In caso contrario, l’Acquirente non avrà diritto ad alcun rimborso.
Verificato il prodotto restituito, se ne ricorreranno i presupposti, il Venditore provvederà a rimborsare l’Acquirente dei costi di spedizione sostenuti per la restituzione del prodotto e ad inviargli, senza alcuna spesa aggiuntiva, un nuovo prodotto o il prodotto effettivamente ordinato nei tempi più brevi possibili.
Il suddetto rimborso verrà effettuato mediante bonifico bancario a favore dell’Acquirente. Sarà onere dell’Acquirente comunicare al Venditore, mediante compilazione dell’apposito campo nel Modulo di reso, gli estremi bancari per effettuare il bonifico a suo favore e per far sì che il Venditore sia messo nella condizione di poter restituire la somma dovuta. Nel caso in cui il pagamento sia avvenuto tramite carta di credito, il suddetto rimborso sarà effettuato nei termini indicati direttamente attraverso il riaccredito della somma dovuta sulla carta di credito utilizzata dall’Acquirente per il pagamento.
